Pricing

MRI charges the suggested retail price for its products. We do not discount our products nor offer preferential pricing for online or traditional retail outlets. However, certain online vendors bike shops, health food stores may offer a discounted price on our products. All prices listed on the web site are U.S. dollars and cents. We do not accept foreign currency, foreign checks, or bank transfers.

Online Promotions and Discounts. Occasionally we may offer promotions and discount codes. Online codes can be redeemed during the ordering process once your payment information has been entered. To redeem the promotion, enter your promotion or discount code and continue with the checkout process. Your discount will be reflected in the order summary. If, for some reason, you experience problems using a promotion or discount code, please contact us.

Sales Tax

Utah orders are subject to Utah state sales tax. MRI is based in Weber County, Ogden, Utah. Sales tax is subject to change without notice.

Order Processing and Shipping—Hours of Operation

Our standard business hours or hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Time. All web orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. MST. Orders placed during a holiday or after 12 p.m. on a Friday—including online orders placed over a weekend—will not be processed and shipped until the following business day. Therefore, if you are placing a rush order before a holiday or on a Friday between 12 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., we strongly recommend that you call our toll-free number, for elete: 800.669.1297; for Anderson’s Health Solutions: 800.731.7866, to ensure you receive your order in time. We strive to ship all orders as timely as possible; however, during certain peak seasons, it may take up to three days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Payment Methods

We accept all VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. MRI also accepts checks and money orders; however, your order will be held until the check or money order is received and cleared.

Safe and Secure Shopping

Online transactions using our e-store are safe and secure. Your credit card information is encrypted and is not shared with third parties. If, for security purposes, you would prefer to place your order over the phone, we accept telephone orders or you may purchase online through Paypal. For your safety and security, we do not retain credit card numbers for future re-orders or purchases. Therefore, you will want to have your credit card number and information handy while placing your order. Please be aware that on your credit card or bank statement, depending on the product you purchased, your transaction may be processed by “elete” or “Mineral Resources International, Inc.” It is not a fraudulent transaction or a mistake. Mineral Resources International, Inc. is the manufacturer for elete and Anderson’s Health Solute ions products and is the company processing the online orders and transactions.
