Magnesium Oil Feet & Legs

I've been using the Magnesium Oil Spray for Feet and Legs, for week now and it has quickly become a go-to in my routine. The convenient spray bottle makes it easy to apply after a long day, that helps relax my muscles after long day from work. I’ve noticed a significant reduction in muscle cramps and tension, especially after workouts. The oil absorbs well without leaving a greasy feel on my feet and I love the cooling sensation it provides.

I tried it on my feet before bed. I didn't notice any significant difference in relaxation, maybe just a slight calming effect. However, I rarely notice anything when taking supplements and the like. After working around the house all day on my feet, I rubbed it on my legs hoping it would get rid of the aches I get at night, but it had no effect at all. I used it as an after shower oil to keep my skin from drying out. Being a light oil, I had to put on a couple of coats. One nice thing is it doesn't leave you too greasy like many lotions. Everyone is different so you'll have to try it and see if it helps you. It does sting, as the bottle label warns, if you rub it on a open wound or cut by accident. It's not bad, just stings a little. I tried it as after shave also, and it stung a little. It's sourced and made in the USA. The product description states it from, "Utah's Great Salt Lake" and the bottle states in manufactured by, "Mineral Resources International, Inc." in Ogden, Utah. In came in a box which had a couple of small oil stains in it, and the product was wrapped in clear plastic. I could see oil between the plastic film and the bottle. I had to wipe the bottle down since it was coated in oil. There is no safety seal so maybe some leaked out near the lid. The sprayer works OK but it does tend to drip and make the bottle oily. Conclusion: I did seem to experience a slight calming effect and I can use the extra magnesium as it does help lessen my ectopic heart beats. I think it's a decent product worth a try.

This arrived from the vendor in a sturdy cardboard box with the actual spray bottle tamper evident shrink wrap sealed. On the bottom “Oct2030” was stamped clearly as the best by date. This is a generous size, & for those of us with repeating cramps, it’s nice to have enough to last 120-180 sessions. This has a thin carrier oil but the added contents needs to get worked in. For us it absorbed reasonably well, but you don’t need a large amount to go a long way. If you spray too much for a session it tends to stop getting absorbed & lays on top of your skin, so less is best & work it in & let it do its thing. For us, this was helpful from a therapeutic perspective. I don’t think it would make the best oil to grab after a shower or to use casually on your massage table. It has its place, it did what we needed it for, it will last us for months, I’d order it again.

I noticed a calming sensation right away. It absorbs fairly quickly and doesn’t leave a greasy residue behind. This spray has 150mg of magnesium per dose. A good value and it works.

I have been using Magnesium spray for a while now. I like to keep it on my bedside table and use before bed and if I should wake up with leg cramps. This is an oil in a spray bottle, so yes, it is a bit "oily." After spraying, you need to let it soak into your skin for a while or rub it in if going straight to bed. It is a bit messy. Not much smell, and this is a generous sized bottle. Four stars.

It is a large bottle (12 oz), and since it’s a two spray recommended dose will last for several months. It’s odorless, and as with all magnesium oil sprays, has an oily texture, which is normal. I like that it is made in the USA in a GMP facility. I wish that it had third-party testing certification so I knew it was free of other heavy metals and chemicals. I do feel that it is a good quality spray. It costs $19.99 for a bottle, and that is a fair price considering the size and quality.

Magnesium spray is great but this one is better because the spray pump feels like quality. it's not the normal spray pump that you see on other bottles that fall apart. This one feels firm and solid, and you get a full even spray using it. It's hard to explain because it's the first time I ever noticed a difference, but it is by far a better pump than other sprays.

I've tried quite a few magnesium oils and lotions. This one is nice. This is an oil, and it's easy to apply. Like all magnesium oils and lotions, it kind of leaves a film when it dries. It can also burn if you have any cuts or razor burns. The wonderful thing about this is you get magnesium without having to take anything. I use this before bed and sleep wonderfully. This is also wonderful if you ever get leg cramps. I've had recurring cramps before and rubbing this in until the cramps stop works a lot faster than taking a magnesium capsule. Great stuff!

Wife and I have been daily users of magnesium oil in the 1 oz bottles for several months. This big 12 oz bottle is just what we need. Wife loves the wider spray area for using on her body compared to the little 1 oz squirts. Great value!

I love that this magnesium oil spray is from Utah's Great Salt Lake. I was just there a couple of years back. Anyhow, this is a highly concentrated magnesium chloride brine that I apply to my feet and legs for help with sleep and leg cramps. This is a large 12oz bottle at a reasonable price point.

This lovely magnesium oil is a great help in relaxing before going to bed and to help with falling asleep. It really does help prevent painful leg cramps during the night. it is a rather thin oily consistency that absorbs quickly once it is applied. I only use it on my legs because I would rather not walk after applying it to my feet. Be careful if you have hangnails or cuts on your skin, as the magnesium oil does sting. Also avoid getting it near your eyes or face. The oil is without fragrance or scent. I love that the oil comes in a nice large bottle that will last a long time. I am very impressed with this product from the Great Salt Lake, Utah!

Wow! This magnesium oil spray claims to deliver 150 mg per two sprays. This is the biggest milligram per spray I've seen on the market. Impressive! I sprayed it on my tired calves and massaged it well for better absorption. I let it sit for at least half an hour, then rinsed. Rinsing is optional, but magnesium sprays tend to be sticky, and this one is particularly sticky, and I don't want to smear my bedding, so I opted to rinse it after I feel that it has been absorbed. And, boy! This worked wonders for me! The tension in my leg muscles is relieved and relaxed. This is a big bottle of 12 ounces with a unique spray mechanism. I wish, though, that the bottle was transparent. It is entirely natural, non-GMO, and complies with GMPs. It works for me, and I love it. Thank you.

I’ve been wanting to try a high-quality Magnesium Spray on my feet and legs. I have a fair amount of pain, especially in my feet at night. This is great stuff and it has helped with my pain. It is an oil, so you don’t need much. I spray it on before getting into bed and rub my leg and feet giving it a few minutes to absorb. You don’t want to use too much. I have fairly sensitive skin and have had no adverse reactions to the spray. I do not need to diluted it but you can if you find it irritating. To me it is more soothing than anything and also moisturizes by skin. I like to also use a little Skin Trip lotion after applying this - it’s a great combination! The spray top works great too! It provides a nice, even, light mist and does not clog. I’m glad they used a high-quality spray top! I love that this is made in the USA and not overseas! Definitely a 5-star product with very good results!

I like that using magnesium oil will keep my feet nice and soft after use. The product has a spray nozzle on the bottle. This magnesium oil has a thicker oil than others I have tried. I would order this again.

This magnesium oil is quite oily. I've used magnesium spray before and realize now that it must have been more water-based whereas this one is straight oil. It has no smell or really anything noticeable about it. Some other magnesium products I've used make my skin burn, but this one did not. I used it on the bottoms of my feet, as the directions indicated.

This is a very good size bottle and should last a while. I've never used magnesium oil before and wasn't sure what to expect. When sprayed on it does drip a little so I rubbed it in--it was an interesting sensation as it had an oily feel at first but that disappeared as you rubbed it in. I appreciated that it didn't leave the skin feeling oily!

First, I appreciate that this spray arrived wrapped well to prevent leaks. I get really tight calves from my bike and treadmill and I am looking forward to putting this spray on them. So far, I've just used it on my feet for the overall benefits of magnesium and like that it doesn't have a strong smell and seems to absorb quickly. The bottle is big and should last a nice long while.

I often get cramps and discomfort in my feet. This product works well in soothing them. It's high quality, made in Utah from the Great Salt Lake. The bottle is quite large and sprays well. No odor, no itch and not really sticky. I just left it on and it felt great. Recommended.

Using this oil is makes you feel very relaxed, it’s a bit sticky and but also very light weight. I believe everyone needs magnesium. Definitely will purchase when this one runs out.
