This is a nice big bottle of great quality spray. I was impressed with the pump on top, the spray is a fine mist that has a flat wide top to make it easy to spray even with oil on my hands. My husband gets leg cramps at night, and sometimes they will come on suddenly with intense pain, so I can spend hours at night trying heating pads and rubbing his legs with him trying to loosen it up. A year or so ago I started giving him magnesium supplements and noticed how much that helped. The issue with those is that they are not great for those sudden cramps, that is where this impressed us both. He shot up out of a dead sleep with a really bad cramp and was able to really test this out. The spray came out in a mist, so it was easy to apply without running all over the place and staining the sheets. There was a fast application and his skin drank it right up. There was not much if any of the flaky residue, no smell or anything off putting. I didn't dilute it down with anything, so it was full strength, and normally it is a rotation between the heating pad and massage, but within ten minutes he was not only out of pain, but sleeping! The bottle said for relaxation, but I didn't expect it to be that effective. I used it again a couple nights later, he wasn't hurting, but we were having trouble sleeping, so we put a bit on our feet, we dozed off faster than I can remember. I like to make my own products when I can, and deodorant is one I had been struggling to get effective for all day. I don't like to feel the oily creams, and my skin is super sensitive, so it took me a while to fine tune it, but I would reapply before bed. I decided to try some of this under my arms at night instead, and I was impressed, the next morning, I was still feeling dry and no smell. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of this product, the size, the bottle is well designed with the pump and the plastic is durable so it will last. Really glad I ordered this!!
